Ylang Ylang

Approximately 50 pounds of the exquisite blossoms are needed to produce one pound of oil. Our natural Ylang-ylang blossoms are wild-harvested by hand in northern Madagascar, where the deep, rich soil offers ideal growing conditions. Once picked, the delicate flowers are immediately transferred to the still for steam extraction in order to guarantee the highest quality oil, the Ylang Ylang 'fraction' called 'Extra'. It is considered the very finest quality of Ylang Ylang, sought after by natural perfumers and aromatherapists alike.
